- 2. In order to formalise your booking, you must always fill in the registration form. When you have done this, send it to us via fax on +34 972 880822 or via email to info@campus-cerdanya.com
Method of Payment
Booking: €500 as a deposit at the time of registration by means of bank transfer to the Campus Cerdanya account: 2013 0283 02 0200852474
Remaining amount: up to 30 days prior to the start of the camp.
Cancellation policy and refund of payments made
- Refund of 100% of amount paid if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the Camp start date. In this case, 100 euros will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Refund of 50% if the cancellation is made 30 to 15 days before the Camp start date.
- Refund of 25% if the cancellation is made 14 to 7 days before the Camp start date.
- No refund if cancellation is made less than 7 days before the Camp start date.
Remember..
For your family to be properly registered, you must have:
- Formalised the registration form and signed its terms and conditions.
- Paid the amount of the deposit as a booking fee.
- Received the confirmation email of your reservation from Campus Cerdanya.
