Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to make a reservation. Once a reservation has been confirmed in writing, it is legally binding.
If you must cancel your reservation, a written confirmation must be received. See terms below.

A one night deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
   Cancelling 3 days prior to he commencement of the 1st night's stay: 100% deposit refunded.
   Cancelling 3 days prior to he commencement of the 1st night's stay: 0% deposit refunded.

A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation for any promotional rates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
   Cancelling 15 days prior to commencement of the 1st night's stay: 50% deposit refunded.
   Cancelling your reservation 14 days to 3 days prior to the commencement of the 1st night's stay: 25% deposit refunded.
   Cancelling 3 days prior to commencement of the 1st night's stay: 0% deposit refunded.

There are no exceptions to this policy.

In order to guarantee the booking your must provide a number of a VISA card, holder's name, expiration date.
Cancelling after 3 days prior to the commencement of the 1st night's stay: one night will be charged

Offers and Special rates:
In Special offers a 50% deposit will be required to guarantee the booking by making a bank transfer or providing the number of a Visa card.
